Salvador Bahia an apartment next to the beach.

Our house is placed on the top of a hill called `Alto do Sao Francisco`in Salvador Bahia. The Pirates used this famous place because it`s magnificant overview of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our Villa is located in between the International Airport and the center of Salvador Bahia, within walking distance of five minutes to the beach. Entering the garden of the house is like entering paradise: a small tropical garden, full of birds, flowers, palm trees, banana trees....

The Villa itself has about 200 sqm, in two floors. Groundlevel: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big kitchen, a huge gardenterrace. First floor: big living room, one suite, big terrace, a small pool, bathroom.

Build in the seventies by the well known architect J.C.Pereira the house has a museumlike character.

Outside painted in a beautiful siena red, surrounded by marble flagstones, inside with it`s wooden floors, pieces of art made by Isa do Amparo. The huge 2x7m glass front in the first floor in a hollywood style, the atlantic blue tiles of the swimmingpool....

The huge terrace with it`s outstanding view is the perfect place for you and your friends to drink caipirinha and listen to the soft and gentle brazilian music.
